We want you to be satisfied with our bookcases and shelves. If you need to return an item, please follow the policy below:

Return time limit: 30 days from the date you received the item.
Product condition: Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and accessories. Any unsealed, used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
Return request: Please submit a return request via email and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with specific return instructions after receiving the return request.

Refund policy

Refund processing time: We will process a refund within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refund amount: The refund amount is the item price minus the return shipping cost (if applicable). If the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, we will refund the full amount including shipping costs.

Bad or Defective Items

If the item you received was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Assembled or used items, unless there is a quality problem.
